Plaid wool A line skirt

Worn about 2-3 times and recent weight loss stopped me from wearing this gorgeous skirt :( Made in China. Lined with what I assume to be acetate? Is an XL in Asian sizing so that transfers to about a size 8-10 US. Please refer to flat laid measurements as pictured. Model info for reference: size 6US/28, 5ft.4.
