Adorable black watch pattern wrap skirt . Label Says 13/14 but fits closer to a 10/11 . 30 inch waist . 24 inch long . Cute fringe detail . I’m A 31 inch waist and it’s just slightly to tight boo. Polyester blend but looks like wool . Nice quality and mint condition!
