Planet short sleeve swing/smock top

Low cut with short sleeves. It is very flowing and has a sort of empire waist - it's like a smock in a way (or maybe a bit of a swing?). It gives you lots of room around the tummy and falls nicely. Worn twice, but it was a bit too big for me. It's in excellent condition.
