PlayStation 2‎ PS2 Slim Console SCPH-70011 Black Console Only (Parts Or Repair)

Console only.  No cables included.  Not working. For parts/repair only.  When unit is plugged in the power light shows red.  When you press the power button it briefly turns green then goes right back to red.
