Playful Off The Shoulder Fitted Floral Red Roses Blue Midi Dress Size Large Elastic Stretchy This stretchy fun summer midi dress is cobalt blue with red roses. I bought this dress from Zumel store on Queen West in Toronto. Thanks to the elasticized neckline the dress can be worn off the shoulders or pulled up in as boat neck. The dress is stretchy and fully lined. Form fitting dress There is a seam coming undone (pictured) and a defect on the back, also pictured. The defect was there when I bought this dress. The dress was worn twice and has no other defects aside from the ones I’ve listed. No size tag, so please refer to measurements Measurements: Ptp 20.5” Waist 15” Length 37”
