Pleasant Pheasant the most perfect vintage Black Pillbox Hat

Would say fits a L/XL, although no size or material tag. The Pleasant Pheasant was a fashion forward accessory store in Toronto in the late 80's/90's (I think?), with shops in downtown Toronto. Items were very well made.
