@jackieckm no problem! I stole it from someone else myself. Some offers people make are not very considerate of the fact that there’s a person on the other side of the screen! Also if I have something NWT up for $99 and I’m offered $30, it’s pretty likely that that’s less than I paid for it. I mostly check it myself now before I make offers :)

@queenbeemelgee I’ve been getting so many of these lately 🤦♀️ so rude. Especially when they request measurements etc you do all the work and they offer $10 for something listed at $60. True story it happened . Glad to see other posters speaking up 🙌🏻👏🏻

@ladyjane20 I wish more people actually read it though — someone offered me $45 for my brand new tory burch wallet that I have listed at $149 yesterday. Some people are just on another planet no matter what you do. Thank goodness there are some reasonable people out there too 🙌🏻

@ladyjane20 feel free to borrow it and let buyers know — I borrowed it from another seller. Some people don’t care anyway, but some don’t realize. Someone who offers you $10 on a $60 item though is just plain rude.

@queenbeemelgee it’s crazy. I’m fine with ppl wanting a deal but I think most of them don’t realize how much Poshmark takes. I had another something listed at 160 she offer 30. Craziness. Thank god for the customers that are fair and nice ❤️

Yes, I think it’s easy to sometimes forget what’s going on on the other side of a transaction (I sell plenty and even still sometimes forget what the seller on the other side will be getting from the transaction), so it’s a helpful reminder. Every now and then I click this listing myself before making an offer 😂

@omgfashionfinds I share my opinion then block lowballers 😇 I don’t know what their responses are, but I don’t care either 🤷🏻♀️ Clearly they didn’t care about offending me, so I figure it’s fair. I’m making myself sound terrible but I try really hard with buyers who make fair offers and who are reasonable. Thank goodness there are more of those than jerks!

@omgfashionfinds Exactly! At the end of the day, it’s our stuff, and we don’t have to sell it to anyone if we don’t want to. I’ve definitely gotten the impression that people sometimes think they’re doing me a favour buying something at any price 😆 So either they think I’m desperate and they’re trying to take advantage, or they’re entitled to get something for nothing. Either way, lame.

@omgfashionfinds I had someone like a wallet I have for $145 yesterday, I offered 10% off and 9.99 shipping… they countered $65… it was the Maison Margiela wallet with an MSRP of hundreds of dollars 🤦🏻♀️ Some people are just ridiculous
