This is a beautiful, navy blue, pleated skirt in what looks like perfect condition. It has kind of a paperbag ruffle top, and the front has a ribbon that is sparkly and shimmery with a light metallic gold. Wide elastic in the back. Has a navy blue built in slip. Tiny crinkly pleats.
