Pleated Mini Skirt

Only worn once, in excellent condition, picture is the same skirt in Navy, one for sale is black. Material is fairly thick, skirt is mini length. I bought for a costume but is cute for everyday as well. Waist band is elastic. Smoke free home, Offers welcome :)
