Closes by inside button behind zipper * Wool tartans (fabric remnants), a mix of a dark navy green and red blue plaids hand pleated MEASUREMENTS Waistband: 35" sits very low Hips: 41" Length: 14.5" CARE: Skirt will not need to be washed often. Pleated fabric is wool. When needed hand wash, hang to dry or dry clean. When resetting pleats after washing, spray with vinegar/water 1:4 solution when pressing to keep pleats long lasting. This skirt was created with zero waste.
