Pleated Striped Dress

Striped dress with a pleated skirt, pleated details in the chest, and side zipper. Bought it a small boutique on vacation. No labels. It feels like a synthetic material, best guess would be polyester. Looks like a size 6 to me, feel free to ask for measurements. There's some thread showing at the seam near top of the skirt in photo 4. It's more of an aesthetic concern, a few hidden stitches done sloppily, but shouldn't compromise the structure of the garment and can be hidden by the belt. ✨
