Pleated black structured dress

Super unique dress by Opening Ceremony! Thick black fabric that has a raised pattern (see photos). Pleated skirt and structured top with structured/fitted shoulders that are almost a cap sleeve. Raised neck. Mini in length. Great formal dress with tights for winter. I've worn this a few times and you can see that it isn't brand new, but still in great condition.
