Pleated black wrap around mini skirt. NWT

Size 2XL, Adome brand, Skirt is 1 long pc with a string ribbon belt coming out from both ends, would be wrapped around the wait and tied with a bow closed. Skirt is short i would consider this a mini skirt. Pleats could use an ironing NWT most of what I sell is brand new with tags
