lovepeacehrmny @fleurbleue54 hi sorry I missed your message The length of the skirt is 70 cm it is a midi skirt The waist is 35 cm but as it is elastic it fits The material is not mentioned but I guess it may be cotton The skirt has two layers You can wash it in the machine at the delicates programme and dry it by hanging on a hanger It is easy to care
