Pleated midi skirt

Pleated high waisted mid length skirt (goes down to just below the knee (I’m 5’4). This has never been worn and still has the tags on. I love it but haven’t found an occasion to wear it yet! Bought it new for $44.99. There is a soft skirt liner and the top pleated material has a slight shimmer. It’s beautiful!
