Plum - vintage retro summer dress

EUC USM - best guess - Mannequin is 36B/C bust with a 26” waist - so a solid US8 or Medium vintage floral fit and flare summer dress. Slight ruching in front and centre of sweetheart bodice and a pleat in front skirt panel. Long zip up back and fitted waist. Size tag and care label worn out. Feels like a cotton and spandex blend (slight give). I’m guessing a size 8-10 (US- M). Please check all measurements in the photos. Made in Canada - i think a local Vancouver designer?
