Is this dress fitted through the bust and midsection? I'm looking for a loose dress just to wear around the house on warm days. Also, any idea of the fabric?

@bcpeters888 this is not fitted but nice and flowy. Light fabric. It is home made so no tag but I would suspect a type of polyester the way it feels so light and soft. Gorgeous dress
