Plus size 80’s gown

Vintage 1980’s prom dress in a Southern Belle style. Iridescent taffeta shifts blue and purple depending on how the light hits it. A modern day size XL or plus size. No stretch in the fabric. Max waist 40”. Armpit to armpit approximately 22” for a bust maximum of 44”. Built in crinoline although you can put it over a hoop skirt or extra petticoat for extra volume as I have done for display purposes. Length 54” V yoke waist for the most flattering fit and flare shape. Sequin details on the puff sleeve and at the V shaped cuff which elegantly points down the centre of the hand. A rare, larger size vintage gown!
