Plus size blue bridesmaid dress

Size 19/20. Strapless but can use straps that I never ended up wearing so they are brand new. Only wore once for a wedding and never cleaned it so there are a few stains that could possibly be gone with dry cleaning. It has been sitting in my closet in a dress bag for years and I need it gone. Whether you want to repurpose it or clean it and wear it is up to you! Comes with a shawl as well!
