Plus size floral dress

This plus size floral dress is adorable on. It is one of those rare dresses from Bloomchic that actually fits and is flattering. It is too big for me now and it needs a new home. I wore this twice to garden parties and received so many compliments. Size 18-20. Comes with a waist tie. I am 5’4 and it has about half an inch from the floor.
