Pokemon Hisuian Zorua Keychain Plush Japanese Exclusive

I believe this plush keychain was only released in Japan. I purchased it online from a Japanese licensed retailer of Pokemon goods. Item is in new condition with tags attached (see pictures). Also, its eyes glow in the dark! Spooky!
