Good preowned condition, ungraded, rare Pokemon Japanese Neo Genesis PREMIUM FILE Series #1 PROMO Folder 9 trading card set. Includes 3 holofoils and 6 regular cards, in a protective folder. Outer is protective plastic/vinyl, with an inner glossy paper stock in holo gold and silver and a card house sleeve. Produced in 1999 in the U.S.A. Artwork by Ken Sugimori. Does not included original clear package, but in very good condition considering the age. This one probably has the most wear of all three sets, however, it is mostly on the inner paper at one edge.
