Very good preowned condition, ungraded, rare Pokemon Japanese Neo Genesis PREMIUM FILE Series #1 PROMO Folder 9 trading card set. Includes 3 holofoils and 6 regular cards, in a protective folder. Outer is protective plastic/vinyl, with an inner glossy paper stock in holo gold and silver and a card house sleeve. Produced in 1999 in the U.S.A. Artwork by Ken Sugimori. Does not included original clear package, but in very good condition considering the age. I have 3 sets for sale. 2 without original packaging and one still with.
