size is XXL but fits small. there are no snags rips or tearing to pokemon and stripes. I do own cats, theres next to no fur on this shirt. Comes from a clean, smoke free house. Color is blue with white stripes on the sleeves, pokemon are their own colors.

How small is small , like a large or maybe medium ?
