Polka Dot Chiffon Midi Dress NWT size 6

Pretty and Floaty light weight dress in a cute polka dot pattern. Navy blue and white. The size tag is 6 and the lay flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit 19 inches sleeve 11 inches waist 15 inches drop length from waist to hem is 31 inches This dress is a store return and new with tags. It was missing one button and I have replaced that with a sweet little white heart shaped button as the top button. Please see the last photo. I think this is a cute detail that adds a little personality to the dress.
