Polka Dot Pixie Dress

This cute & whimsical dress has a three layer skirt with varying lengths to give it some edge and bounce. Ruffles along the neckline through the front and back with the cutest polka dot design. In excellent condition, size large but fits more like a medium. Fabric is polyester, no stretch but has an elastic waist which is roomy and comfortable and a large skirt that isn’t at all form fitting.
