Polka Dot Retro Prom Dress

This funky prom dress has black and white polka dot tulle over a crinoline skirt, lined for comfort, with a ruched lime green satin waist. Meant for a retro 1950's style, the full and fluffy skirt hits around the knee. Straps are convertible, I wore them tied up as a halter but they can also attach to the back. Centre back zip. The black polka dots are flocked, which means they feel like velvet, but are slightly worn off in places, see photo for example. (You could touch these up with a bit of marker or paint so it isn't visible) There is no brand/designer/size label but it is equal to a formal size 6 (based on other dresses I tried on at the time.) Worn once at an indoor/outdoor prom venue and stored in a dress bag since.
