Polka Dot Ruched Dress

Very cute dress in a white and black polka dot design. It has a ruched side in a faux wrap style. Back zip. Waist measurement shown. Material has no stretch. Excellent, like new, condition, just wrinkled from storage. I can steam before shipping if you'd like :)
