Polka Dot Ruffled Dress

Cotton blend Betsey Johnson polka dot dress. The waist has been taken in professionally so it's a tad smaller than the dress originally was. Measurements in photos. Adjustable straps, and a lovely sturdy cotton mix fabric. Great vintage condition. I'm 5'6 for height reference.
