Super pretty vintage chiffon tiered ruffle short skirt with teal bows and brown polka dots. Fully lined with quality material Waist band is brown satin with a brown satin ribbon trim on bottom Lightweight, flowy and feels like quality material No tags except for one small one that is really hard to read. I would say the skirt would fit a X-small to small. Elasticized waist. Please check measurements Waist unstretched approx 12 inches. Length . 20.5 inches. Good condition D125
