Polka dot blouse

Polka dot or dalmatian print blouse. Super cute iridescent/pearl buttons, spare button included. Doesnt have to be worn tied up, that's just how I styled it for that outfit. Same with the top button being un-done. Size tag cut out but I'm a large. In the modelled picture, I have it tied up but it does button down all the way and is just as georgeous. This was a hollween costume example! Pair with a velvet skirt, red gloves and the wig for a modernized Cruella DeVil Halloween costume!
