Polka dot chiffon dress with belt

Beautiful dress in a tan and black polka dot print. Features ruffle details the the chest, spaghetti straps, and a flowy skirt. Comes with a black faux-leather belt. Elastic at the waistband and top of the back for a comfy fit. The dress itself is in like-new condition, but the belt is a little worn in places. Basically just throwing it in for free, but you may want to replace it with a nicer belt at some point. Tagged medium, fits slightly small. Measured flat: bust:16" waist:13.5" length:34"
