Polka dot dress with bell sleeve and button detail

Black and white polka dot loose fitting dress. I paired it with a belt (not included) to give me more of a waist, but looks good either way. The button broke off in the back. Just noticed when taking the picture that there is an extra button you can sow on...oops. Material is super lightweight.
