Polka dot pussybow shirt-dress (F21, size L)

Classy and comfy shirt dress than can be worn over tights, or tucked into a skirt or pants if you prefer it as a blouse. Wore this a couple times over several years. It’s one of those Forever 21 pieces that is surprisingly of really good quality. Condition is like brand new!
