Polka dot skirt

One of my Japanese’s vintage store finds a very beautiful a-line skirt with pleats. no pockets, fully lined 8 inch zipper with hooks to close. Tag is in Japanese so I can’t tell the material. it is in great condition Measurements Please know all measurements were taken with the garment laying flat Length 27.3inches Waist 12.7 inches Hip 21 inches it is a a line skirt so anything from the waist down is free flowing
