Polka-dot Dress

Adorable black and white polka dot, cross over v neck bodice with snap clasp, short sleeves and flounce layer at bottom of skirt. Fully lined, zips up back. Original size XL has been altered simply with 2 seams on either side and pinned at the sleeves to fit US Size 6. As the dress has not been cut, it can be let out again.
