Polka-dot Dress - Size 10

Fun dress, full of movement and fully lined. Definitely a nod to years gone by! I wore it with cat-eye sunglasses on a sunny afternoon :) This dress is longer than others I own and goes past the knee This dress has two flaws, both fixable. Them hem has fallen down a bit, about a 2' span. I blame the clear plastic thread. Also, there is a small stain at the very bottom of dress. It may wash out, I'm not sure. It could also be cut off and hemmed a bit shorter. Anyway, I'll leave that up to you. Please see pictures for details. Selling as is, priced accordingly.
