Polkadot denim shirt jean jacket with rhinestone buttons and 3/4 length sleeves

Possibly early 2000s, this denim shirt has a cute pattern of polkadots. It could be think enough for a light jean jacket but the 3/4 length sleeves make me think it’s intended to be a top. The buttons all have a rhinestone type paste stone. I suggest a possible Y2K because Sears has now gone out of business and for some time. The size is labelled as a 10 but I’m always happy to provide measurements upon request. Smoke free, pet friendly home.
