Hi. With a back length of 31"1/2 and the "TLL" indicated on the label in the 2nd and 3rd last photos, I believe this jacket is a 40 Tall, not Regular. Too bad. I was looking for one just like this.

@paulmartin9955 Hello. It’s not for Tall. He is regular size, and fits great. I looked on the internet and found that TTL means total in care labels. The measurements given are accurate and don’t reflect Tall. Thanks for your interest.
