Flat measured, I find the waist is 15" (not 14" like the photo says, hence why it doesn't fit me, sadly - so cute otherwise!), and hips ~19". Model in picture is a size medium. This gorgeous dress is wearable on it's own, but absolutely darling with a cute sweater (and tights) or a crisp buttondown shirt underneath to transform it from countrycore to light academia. Classic preppy styling, gorgeous patch pockets, and an a-line skirt that provides that endlessly feminine hourglass shape. A truly adaptive piece that can be styled in many different ways.
Reposhing this item I purchased from @ohdarlindresser. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.

@marylynn722 Hi there, hip have generous room, and are ~19inches (flat measured), and ~15" (flat measured) at waist. OhDarlinDresser labelled it as 14" at waist, but I think she was being conservative in her measurements. :)
