Sleeves are measured from shoulder seam to cuff end uncuffed. Waist measures are done by squaring up front and back of pants. Rise is from mid crotch seam to top of waistband. Shoulders are from top part of shoulder seam to other seam. Waist is done at approximately the narrowest area near waist. Hips measured at widest point mid pelvis. To get your best fit please take clothes that fit well and measure them the same way. Multiply numbers seen here by two to get waist/chest measures and leg openings.
