Popstar 90s drop waist tartan pleated dress / tunic

EUC USM - US10 = AU12 Mannequin is 36B/C bust with a 26” waist - so a solid US8 or Medium Black and off white with red 90s tartan drop waist stretchy dress. Large double pleated short skirt. Fixed belt at waist with buttons. Full zip to skirt down the centre back. Round neck line on a sleeveless fitted tunic. I mostly wore this as a tunic with jeans /pants. Care label is missing. Z1002
