Porcelain Bird by Tay Italy Giuseppe Tagliariol

Made by Tay Pottery in Italy, founded by Giuseppe Tagliariol, this is a porcelain bird made likely during the 1960s (underside is 900/2-12). The bird is in good shape with the exception of what looks like a good scratch on the base (it does not go through). The artist was very detailed down to the bird's talons. The Tay Italy sticker is long gone. The bird is 8 1/2 wide by 5 5/8" tall and 2 5/8" deep.
