Dimensions. The diameter of the plate is 8 in (20.5 cm). Condition. Excellent vintage condition, no cracks, chips or scratches. There is a slight loss of the gold rim. Description. Vintage hand painted plate made in Japan. Painted in watercolor landscape with a village house and a tree with pink flowers. Delicate pastel colors and a calm scene of a spring landscape with a river and mountains in the background. The plate has a corrugated scalloped edge with a gold border. There are two hanging holes on the back of the plate. The inscription "Japan. Hand-painted".
