Vintage mug from the Prince William Pottery Co., a family-owned company based in Liverpool that has specialized in selling promotional mugs since the end of the Second World War. The design on the mug is applied on both sides. The main side features a mountain landscape and prickly wild roses - a symbol of Alberta. The reverse side shows the same two flowers. A little information. Company name: Prince William Pottery Co. originated from her original address in Prince William Street, Liverpool. It was founded in 1937 as a glass and china wholesale company, and after World War II the company began to specialize in printed mugs as automated printing processes became more efficient and demand for commemorative and promotional mugs grew.
