Judging by the inscription on the bottom of the mug, the illustration was drawn in 1936 for The Saturday Evening post magazine. The mug has gold accents on the rim and handle. A little information. At the age of 18, Norman Rockwell became the art editor of the Boy Scout magazine Boys Life. A couple of years later, his drawing first became the cover of the famous Philadelphia Saturday Evening Post.
