Porcelain Set 4 Mugs & Saucers Moss Rose, China

A cute mid-century tea set in classic Victorian style. The set includes 4 flat mugs and 4 saucers and is decorated with the "CX 130 Moss Rose" pattern and gold accents on the rim, base and handle of the mug. Mugs and saucers are in excellent condition, without chips, cracks and scratches, without loss of gilding. There are small rust spots on one mug and one saucer (see last photo). Maximum cup capacity 7 oz (225 ml), height approx 2 3/4" (7 cm), diameter 3 1/2" (8.2 cm). The diameter of the saucer is 6 oz (15.2 cm). A bit of information. Moss roses were popular in the 18th and 19th centuries, but in Victorian England, with its sentimentality, it became a particular favorite.
