Maximum capacity 12 oz (375 ml). Condition. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or scratches. The gold rim is also in excellent condition. Description. Vintage bone china sugar bowl made in England. A charming print of blue and pink cornflowers with a light blue stripe at the top. The bowl is decorated with gold borders along the top and base, and also has an addition in the form of two cornflowers inside the bowl. Bottom markings used by EB Foley from 19748 to 1963. A little information. A Mr. Robinson founded the The Foley China Works in 1850. Elijah Brain took over the works in 1885 and the Brain family continued to run the business until it closed. The E&B in their stamped hallmark on the underside of their bone china dishware is a testament to Elijah Brain.
