Portia ladies ankle boots

Black suede Portia ladies ankle boots, tie up front, fold down cuff studded with silver studs. Heel has ridge detailing, and is about 3" high. These are very comfortable to walk in, as well as stylish. Look cute with leggings and, skinny jeans ( even though skinny jeans are supposedly not a "thing" anymore). One of the silver tips on the tie up is missing, but makes no difference in the quality and wear of the shoe.
