Ports brand tweed lace sheer dress

I absolutely love this dress but it doesn't fit me. This lined dress has a black silver tweed black body with sheer full sleeves and a lace collar and cuffs. it hits just above the knee. the pit to pit and hip side to side is 19', there is no stretch.
